Exchange & buyback

Eligible metal value is returned at 100%, subject to the showroom’s purity assessment, clean metal weight and applicable metal rate. Making/labour charges, GST, profit and other charges are not refundable.

New pieces in a current style may be exchanged for a similar-weight item, subject to showroom assessment. Any additional weight is charged. Confirm eligibility, the rate used and the final exchange quote with us before proceeding.

Returns & cancellation

Our assurance covers metal quality; it does not cover physical damage or breakage. Broken items can be considered for exchange after assessment, with making/labour charges, GST, profit and other applicable charges deducted. This is not a free damage-replacement promise.

Very dirty items must be cleaned before weighing. Please contact the showroom and confirm cancellation terms before an order is placed or work begins.

Delivery & collection

Showroom collection only. We do not currently offer shipping or doorstep delivery. Please confirm your item and collection arrangements with the showroom before payment.

Certification

Ask us to verify the hallmark and six-character HUID of the exact piece you choose. Some older stock predates the current HUID process; discuss verification and any required hallmark/HUID marking with the showroom before purchase. Certification is not claimed for every listed design.

Items purchased from another shop are checked with a karatometer. If plating or the reading raises concern, further testing, including melting, may be requested. The testing method and your consent must be agreed before destructive testing.
